Genesis reserves the right to refuse an order that does not meet our printing standards. For example, we may not be able to work with a damaged transparency.
Proofs
Proofs are provided on all jobs to be approved by the artist before the final printing. Additional proofing may be done for final approval. All rpoofs must be signed and dated. Additional proofing is done at $65 per hr. Genesis is not responsible for errors or omissions after the client’s approval. PDF proofs can be sent to the customer. The color may vary slightly due to the monitor’s calibration. .
Turnaround Time
Printing is done in about 3 days after the art is approved by the artist. Delivery for canvas is 5 business days due to curing time for the varnish. Large orders will take more time depending on the size. All delivery dates are approxmate and may vary due to supply problems and emergencies. There is no refund for late deliveries.
Shipping
Art is shipped rolled via UPS unless specified by the artist. The artist can also pick it up when it is ready. UPS packages are insured for value of the order.
Limits of Liability
Materials such as film, photos, digital art, and original artwork constitute an agreement by the client that any damage or loss will only entitle the client to replacement of like raw materials. Except for said replacement, our exceptance of the artist’s images and materials is without warranty or liability. Original images must be shipped without glass and must be adequately packaged.
Shipping
All shipping is done by UPS. Shipping for ground is approximately $16 for 8 prints or less. For larger orders, please call for a price.
Payment
All jobs must be prepaid unless you have established credit. Sales in Washington state are charged sales tax unless you present a resale certificate at the time of the order. There is a $20 charge for credit card refunds.
Cancellation of Order
Any work on a order performed before the cancellation will be charged occording to the work that was done to that date. If no work was done, a full credit will be issued.
Claims
All claims regarding a printed job must be submitted in writing for evaluation within 10 days of order receipt.
